If you’re thinking gut busting workouts with endless running drills, burpees, dragging and flipping tyres, while being yelled at by a sergeant major, it’s a big NO (although we’re happy to yell if that’s what gets you going, megaphone included).
Our training methodology is tailored to make your body strong, fit, and functional for you. We don’t put you through gut busting exercise sessions to achieve this, but work with where your body is at, gradually growing and increasing your efforts and load in a way that challenges and improves your overall conditioning and preparedness for everyday life.

At Spice Fitness we are specialists at empowering the mature woman for life through private personal training, strength, mobility, stability, exercise, fitness, weight loss programmes, nutrition planning, accountability, and loads of support. We are an online service, but also operate studio facilities in Kingston, Margate & Huonville, where we get to support women in our local community.
